Pole dance mats effectively protect against injuries and provide the necessary confidence to tackle your "fear exercises". This not only ensures carefree fun, but also promotes faster training progress.
We have included the Basic fall protection mat in our program for our price-conscious customers. It consists of two foldable halves and is therefore cheaper to manufacture than the quartered mats. When storing, the mats require a little more space as they can only be folded once.

The mat with a thickness of 4 cm has a harder foam core, in which the feet do not sink in as much. However, the foam core still provides good protection in case of falls, but this effect is more pronounced in the thicker and softer mat. Therefore, we recommend the thinner mat primarily as a permanent base and the thicker variant for "going higher".
