All you need is a hanging point where you can attach the fabric using the included carabiner hook. For additional rotation during exercises, you can also purchase a swivel with an extra carabiner.

Specifications:
Our Aerial Silk is manufactured in Poland and has the necessary safety certificates. It is made of 100% polyester and has a material width of 150 cm (+/- 5 cm). The static minimum load our aerial silks can handle is 1200 kg, with a dynamic load of 120 kg (safety factor 10:1). Our silks have low to medium stretch, which decreases with use, and greater flexibility in the cross direction. They are tested according to the PN-EN ISO 13934-1: 2013-07 standard and can be safely used by children and adults.
